Our drops are designed to be taken orally, and can be added to food or drink, or consumed directly under the tongue. Shake the bottle well before use to ensure that the contents are well-mixed. The recommended dose is 1-2 drops per day, although this may be adjusted based on individual needs and preferences/ medical condition, up to 10 drops per day.

Storage Instructions: To ensure the quality and potency of the drops, it is important to store the bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate the drops, as it will solidify below 25°C and make it difficult to use. If solidification occurs, you may warm the bottle gently allowing it to flow better by placing the bottle half submerged in a cup of warm water.
